Registered shares
The company has 10,000 registered shares (Namensaktien). Transfer requires proof of ownership and registration in the share register maintained by the company. There is no stock exchange listing; liquidity is limited.
The company may facilitate introductions between prospective buyers and sellers. Treasury share buy-backs and capital reductions are subject to general meeting resolutions—see governance section.
