The company’s business is the acquisition, consolidation, and lease of agricultural parcels. Most land is let to local farmers under medium- to long-term contracts. Value is created through title regularisation, plot consolidation, and disciplined asset management—not through speculative trading.
AGRARINVEST SE is incorporated as a European Company (Societas Europaea) under Liechtenstein law. Shares are registered (Namensaktien) and transfer requires entry in the company’s share register.

Holdings are concentrated in the Banat plain and Transylvania, with additional parcels in Mehedinți, Dolj, and Olt. Hungarian land is held through Vulcano Farm Kft.
